International Regulators Decide Sharks Fate On Summits

The Washington Post2011-11-19:                      International negotiators took steps Saturday to protect silky sharks, a species that is particularly vulnerable in the Atlantic Ocean, but rejected measures aimed at curbing the catch of other shark species and targeting sharks for their fins.
